Luanne May has been described as neo-expressive in her spontaneous mark making process employing fragments of crude chaotically organised language, phrases, lyrics, and experiences of her recent move to Norway. Using layers of local objects like cardboard boxes, sprays, tapes, pastels and newspapers she communicates and comments on her immediate surroundings.
